Red spots on hands and feet…

I know we aren’t drs here but hoping maybe someone else has an idea of what this might be..

On Wednesday I got my nails done, hands and feet. Yesterday I started noticing one little red bump on my foot and my finger that were painful to the touch. I assumed possibly a planters wart from the nail salon.. which I’ve never had. Well now, I have several of them all over my hands and one on my foot.. they’re spreading and I have no idea what it could be 😐

Any ideas? Going to put in a call to my dr as I know certain things are harmful for delivery.
