My hcg levels have been slow rising for 2 weeks now from 27 to 38 in two days, 38 to 78 in a week, then 78 to 101 in 5 days. My doctor messaged me regarding these latest results today and said I will have one more hcg draw this week and to prepare for an ectopic and methotrexate. She listed all the s/s to look for and said to call or go to ER with any. I’m extremely nervous. I don’t know if it’s best to have an ultrasound before the methotrexate or if I anything will even show yet. I’m hesitant to wait to get the methotrexate for fear of rupture. I have a 20mo and I have to think of her if something happens to me. I’m just at a loss and any advice is welcome.
