Period Late

So I gave birth to my baby February 14th & I am breastfeeding. I got my period I wanna say In March on the 22nd. I got it again in April on the 21st. & now here we are in May no period yet. I took a test since I am sexually active and it said negative. Can like breastfeeding or something delay my period or is my period going to be irregular now that I’ve had a baby?
