Guy with multiple baby mamas

I like a guy but my friends keep telling me to run because he has 3 kids and all have different moms. His oldest daughters was from a teen pregnancy when he was 15. Second is from an ex girlfriend in his mid/early 20's and his youngest and only son is adopted from his ex wife (so since he's adopted then she's technicality not a baby mama?) His youngest is 14 and his girls are adults. We like a lot of the same things and I really enjoy time with him. He's paying for his second daughters college. The older one went to trade school and his son who lives with him full time, he pays for his private school. And they seem to do a lot of fun things together so he takes care of his kids. I really like him but I do want opinions.

@Ashley his son isn't biological his or his ex wife's. They adopted him out of the foster system. He has him full time so he could continue to go to his private school. His ex wife is in the picture. She sees him every other weekend.
