Hello Ladies who are in TTC and who finds difficult in pregnancy for some reasons it's for you.

So I'm just done with my HSG just 2 days ago.

Only one request don't Google much about HSG.The more you google the more stressed and scared you will be. Even I did the same.But 2 days before my HSG schedule I stopped googling and completely prepared my body and mind.

My doctor gave a medicine ( Pain killer) and should take 2 hours prior the test.

About Test:

Like everyone I was also too anxious and panic due to some Google stuffs I have done and that made me so uncomfortable to move towards the lab.But the doctors and nurses were so kind and explained me the process.They calmed me down and started the process.

First:

They will take a scan of abdomen using a scan machine.

After that just like a ultra scan they wil put some gel and insert a cathedral so the vagina expands hence they can inject dye into it.When the dye goes in you will feel slight discomfort. If you know how your period cramps are it's the same.When dye passes they will take X Ray and repeat the dye if they din get clear picture of it.

So ladies please don't panic much .It's a simple process but very effective.

After my TTC journey of 2 years now and all other vitals are Normal and still wondering what's happening. I am now able to know why it was so hard for me to get pregnant .Ladies unfortunately both of my fallopian tubes are blocked. And it's hurting me and I'm in still in shock .I myself still couldn't believe that stroke of news even when I'm typing this message for you.

By this message I'm trying to say if you are like me TTC for few months or years check with doctor if you can do an HSG so you will atleast able to know and correct what's going on within your body.

Just think you are doing this for yourself and your soul mate .And everything for that rainbow baby.

If I backed up and ignored from doing HSG after reading everything on Google and YouTube I would have never able to know this sad fact .So ladies please try to know understand your body and do the needful medications after checking with your Gyn.

2 information if your going for HSG

1.Check with your doctor and take a painkiller tablet before procedure

2. Carry a napkin with you.You may have slight spotting after the procedure.

3.Pray well and make yor body and mind prepared .
