Anyone else’s 2yr old reading?

I have been practicing my daughters name and once she was able to read that I tried other three letter words and found out she can read a couple 😳🤩! I had no idea she could though. I thought that was pretty cool. Anyone else know they’re toddlers could read?

That is great! My oldest was actually sounding out and reading 3 letter words before she was 3 but I haven’t been able to practice as much with my youngest. I’m about to start phonics with her though, just for fun

My LO can identify M for mommy, D for Daddy, etc... But my favorite is when she "reads" brown bear brown bear lol she'll go through and recite the entire thing, peeking ahead to see what animal is next 🥰

No but she has picked up on some letters. I feel like she could if I sat down with her but I currently have a newborn so that isn't happening lol. That's really exciting that she has. We "read" a ton of books and that would be all the more fun.
