Worrying

Hi

So I went for my scan Friday morning and they found my babies heartbeat and I managed to get a scan picture. On Saturday morning I woke up to red blood which didn’t fill a pad was more like spotting. I called the maternity ward who told me to monitor and if the bleeding continued that to go back in. I haven’t had any bleeding since.

I have a midwife app on the 13th this is my first child.

It is so worrying. I suffer with really bad wind I’m constant belching and I have really tender breasts so I am assuming that I am still pregnant. It’s at the back of my mind something is wrong with the baby though because of that bleed? Any advice?
