Bleeding after hcg blood test

My anxiety is through the roof, I realize nothing can be done and the waiting is killing me.

This is my story. If you have had a similar experience whether it was negative or positive please share. I feel like it will mentally help me prepare myself.

I did a pregnancy test on the 28th after having a brown discharge for 2 day on the 24th. The test had a very faint line. I tested on the 29th and 30th again it was a little darker but barely.

Went for my blood test yesterday and results were 35.5. Pretty low but it could be early days right. Today at 12 I went to the bathroom and wiped bright red blood. I expected the worst and and just cried. But then it stopped for about 6 hours. Nothing. So now I’m getting my hopes up. I then go to the toilet and have diarrhea, I’m assuming anxiety. There is a few drops of blood in the toilet and when I wipe. Bright red. I barely have any cramping. If I do, I’m in no discomfort or anything.

I phoned the doctor and they say I must come in tomorrow morning first thing for another blood draw. So its a waiting game. And honestly i feel sick to the core just wondering.

If its a chemical, when will the proper bleeding start?
