Pregnant after Infertility

Just found out we are pregnant with baby #3. Our son is 4 1/2 and we conceived him after 5 months of trying. Then It took 2 years and fertility treatments to conceive our daughter who is 18 months. Now after 13 months of not preventing I realized I was late! Tested and sure enough pregnant! I'm 4 weeks 6 days and due February 1st! I get an ultrasound next week because I have one history of an ectopic pregnancy that also occured before my daughter while doing fertility treatments! Drs said it was unlikely we would get pregnant on our own again but not impossible since we already had our son. Still was a shock! We are excited 🤞🏻
