please i need advice i’m so stressed…

so i’ve been trying to conceive for about 18 months on may 9th i got a faint positive. i’m supposed to be 6 weeks 4 days my last period was april 15 and it says i ovulated april 29. i am completely heart broken when i went to the doctor today they saw the testimonial sac but no yolk sac or fetal pole. my last few cycles have been irregular lasting anywhere from 22 days to 27 days is it possible for me to still have a viable pregnancy. when i did the urine test the doctor said it came back a bold positive and fast she took my blood to check my hcg levels i get the results tomorrow and then i do blood again thursday and saturday and then repeat sonogram next monday at 8:30 am. is it possible to still have a baby or did i have a miscarriage? i have had an extreme amount of stress lately. ladies please help she your experiences both positive and negative are greatly appreciated. i’m hopeful but SO worried.
