Breast pumps? UK

I want to try breastfeeding when baby comes in about 8 weeks, however I have no idea about breast pumps, is manual or electric better? What brand is good? It all just seems very confusing

The first time around I purchased the medela swing (electric pump) - as the hospitals used these at the time, and they did wonders for me (I was called the cow of the ward). It’s been 6 years since my first pregnancy and so I don’t have the original pump, but I have bought the same one again and I’m not disappointed. It’s a little expensive, although I did get it for £80 in an Amazon sale so keep an eye out!

I’m planning to breastfeed, I don’t want any excess milk going to waste if I can help it so I got this suction breast pump to give a go for when baby arrives.

Get an electronic for sure and if you get wireless you’ll be happy! I ordered one off a website called Momcozy and it was like $110
