Can we eat grapes in first trimester? I read so many articles to avoid grapes. But it is a fruit then why?

This was a genuine question because someone told me not to eat them and I told them the same that it is a fruit which should be good. But then I googled and it says grapes skin contains pesticides and are creates heat inside body. If it’s ok for everyone then it should be ok with me also. I am being extra careful because this is my 3rd pregnancy (1st baby) after 2 miscarriages.
