My 19 month old toddler doesn’t walk yes so I am in for it

Heating pad for me if it gets bad I'll take tylenol but I try to avoid it when I can. My husband thinks tea solves everything and has me drink ginger tea because it reduces inflammation.

I’m 16 weeks and oh man is the back pain ever kicking in. I couldn’t imagine a toddler on top of that. Feet and leg swelling made an appearance now too. Good times lol.

salonpas patches, bio freeze and epsom salt baths are what’s getting me through lol. only things that seem to ease it
