Measuring ahead?

Not sure if I am venting or what…

I am 33 weeks and at my last appointment I measured 37 weeks! Immediately my sister in law suggested a book about clean eating and “maybe eating less carbs will keep the extra weight off”. I was like, they are measuring the womb, not the woman! This is my fourth baby, My husband weighed 10lbs 13 ounces at birth, I eat meat and vegetables 95% of the time due to my kids dietary needs which consists of no sugar or wheat. I live on a small farm so I am super active and I do outdoor projects all day everyday, my 3 kids are 5, 3 and 1 so it’s non stop. My midwife has never said anything about weight gain and I weigh what I weigh everytime around this time. I don’t know if I am just being too sensitive but I was so taken aback by her words and feel fat instead of big with baby now. Just venting I guess. Anyone else measuring big that can relate?
