How do I cope with not being able to have another?

My husband is done and I’m SO sad about it. He already got snipped a year ago. And I know there’s no going back for him. Which is fine. 
But I just don’t know how to be okay. Or how to deal with being done because I want another sooooo bad. 🥺

Things could change. 
They changed for my hubby. 
After three he was done. I thought I was to at the time. My second and third were a year apart. It was hard. He got a vasectomy.
After three years I really wanted another baby. He still didn’t. After 5 years I brought it up again and he thought about it and said ok. He got a reversal a week later. I got pregnant 5 weeks later. Now I’m pregnant again with my 5th.

This seems important. Did y’all not have a discussion before he got a vasectomy? Ultimately, it’s his body and his choice, but did you talk about it?

Maybe ask him if adoption could be an option. If he still says no then therapy would be good or a hobby. Things like this are so important to discuss before having kids

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’d definitely recommend therapy for you for coping because that’s a really big deal. I was going through that with my husband for a year and I really struggled with deep grief at the idea of my daughter being an only child.

Adoption and fostering are options.
My husband and I had agreed on two and now I’m pregnant with a third.
He did get the snip a month ago so this is definitely it for us.
Speak to a counsellor and work through your feelings. 
Do you want a baby or a child? Will four teenagers suit your lifestyle? Etc
And if that doesn’t work then approach your husband.
