Miles circuit anyone??

Anyone doing this??? Or know people who have successfully went into labor doing it?

I’m planning on doing it from 36w.
Not enough evidence if it will actually put you in labour if your body isn’t ready, but it looks easy enough to do.
There’s some great prenatal yoga videos on YouTube which also may help, but even if they don’t exercise is good at any stage.

I've done it a couple times, at 37 weeks and again at 38-39. Im almost 41 weeks now. Some of the positions are very relaxing and can ease my pains and pressures, so even though I didn't go into labor, it helped it one way or another. Im planning to do it tomorrow so we will see if it works or not. Doesn't hurt to try either if you're comfortable with the positions.
