help!!

ok so me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex two days after my period ended but he didn’t finish. The week after was my ovulation and I knew i was ovulating because of my discharge. But now for the past few days I’ve been extremely constipated and bloated and my nipples will sometimes feel a little sensitive. My period should be coming in 4 days and I have taken an early detection test yesterday which came out negative. I don’t know if I should be worried or if it’s a sign my period is coming
