Please help what do I do?

I just realized my shower head has mold on it. And I used the shower head as a loofa to scrub my body. (Dumb I know) I just moved in to a new apartment and didn’t have time to buy supplies yet.  After I realized it had mold I used tons of soap on where I rubbed my body with the shower head. Will something happen to me?

I don’t see mold. I see dirt and calcium buildup. You could clean the shower head if you want, but you will be fine.

There’s a product called calcium lime and rust, CLR, you can put it in a Ziploc bag, put the showerhead in it and let it soak, another thing that people do is white vinegar, same thing you put it in a Ziploc bag and let it soak in there, there’s a couple of cleaning tips
