Frequent constipation
Hi,
First time mom here
My baby is 7months old and I have slowly introduced 2 meals a day now. He seems to be frequently constipated when adding more and more solid food. I am giving him prunes, and also giving a small amount of water to help with constipation.
He is formula fed.
Any ideas what else I can do to prevent constipation ? He is very unsettled 😟😟
