Severe itching/cholestasis?

Anyone have severe itching all over that progressively gets worse and is also worse at night? I've had labs checked for cholestasis 2 weeks apart and both times came back normal. I'm not convinced that's not what it is but I'm wondering if anyone else has suggestions or other experiences. The anti itching meds are not helping and just making me more drowsy. No amount of lotion or hydrocortisone cream has helped either. The areas that itch the worst are my arms and all of my labia and anus but my belly and legs are also itchy. I do not have the classic palms of my hands and soles of my feet itching (but I did have it 2 weeks ago for 2 days but that resolved). I'm about to go crazy from the itching!!!
