Pharmacist told me the birth control I took if I took 2 it was equal to 1 plan b. Wasn’t pregnant after sooo I guess it worked in my case talk to your doctor.

Please do not take 3 birth control pills. Plan B is an emergency contraceptive so it works a few hours (I believe up to 72) after unprotected sex. Typical hormonal pills are 'regular' contraceptives. If you haven't been taking them regularly before, it's recommended that you use another form of contraception alongside it for the first 7 days you start and take them the same time every day. 
Randomly starting and taking 3 will not helpful of you're in an emergency situation unfortunately. So don't do that.
