Hey everyone,

How are you all getting your babies to nap? Carrier, bassinet, arms, swing, stroller/walk...etc. My LO resists naps and will cry before falling asleep before almost every one of her naps. The doctor thinks it may be because of reflux and we just have to wait it out. I've tried all of the above ways and even just sticking to a routine (dark room, swaddle, white noise, and in my arms) and she will still cry herself to sleep. It has gotten better a bit better as she won't cry as long but still screams her head off anyone else struggling with this? We can't go anywhere as a family anymore or else she will cry up a storm refusing to nap. Please tell me I'm not alone or give me tips that I can try that could help. Thank you! 😥

Note: We have been playing around with her wake window and keeping an eye on her sleep cues but it doesn't matter if she is awake for 45mins, 1 hour, 1 hour 30, and any time in between, she will still cry.
