Is this sleep regression? Leap?
Our 8 month old daughter for the past few nights has been waking up and will not go back to sleep, it takes us hours to get her back to sleep and we can’t put her down, we have to hold her for those few hours. We’re losing our minds and we just want sleep! 😩
