SAHMs how did you socialize your kids?

How did y’all socialize your kids and what age did you go out of your way to socialize your kids?

We have a good amount of family in town so that has always helped but around 15 months I really made the effort to get out of the house often. We did regular play dates with cousins, childrens museum, library story time, zoo, etc and that all was good for interacting with kids and just getting out of the house and being around people

I went out of my way almost immediately. She was a preemie, so we waited until she was about 5 months old. We started daycare when mommy groups failed. My daughter was in school at 3 and my son was in school at 2

The daycare/school we use starts at 18 months, so until then it’s mostly just hanging out with friends, neighbors, going to the park, whatever.  Nothing crazy🤪

Family, parks, the library, get them involved in activities(the library has ton) things like that!

Around 8 months I started trying to connect with acquaintances with babies a similar age for play dates, and around 11 months we started music classes and swimming lessons.

Church and extra curricular activities like karate dance class and so on. 
You can also take your kids to the park and there are mom groups.
