Advice please

I just got of birth control pills and phentermine about 2 weeks ago which is when I finished my pack. We are trying to see if my period comes back naturally. I am still overweight but have lost 50ish pounds.

My husband and I would really love to get pregnant as soon as possible. I wanted to see if anyone had any advice or took any kind of supplements to help them get pregnant quickly?
