Baby won’t stay sleep
so my baby is 2 months old and for some reason he WILL NOT stay asleep. he’ll sleep for like 30 minutes and then wake himself up and will try and force himself to stay awake. I try swaddling and he still wakes up. I play white noise and it used to work but now he ignores it. what can i do to help him fall asleep and stay asleep?
