If you are 100% sure you do not want any more children which method would you trust
A big part of me wants to get an IUD but I am terrified of unwanted pregnancy so I’m leaning towards a tubal ligation if this was your situation which one would you choose and why
Also a vasectomy is not an option I am too scared to trust it
