Just hoping someone can help me!

I came off of the injection in March, and every month after I had a normal period up until May where I had a 2 day period which was barley a period it was extremely light. Then I had the same at the end of the month, which was again really light.

Recently I’ve been having headaches, cramping, my nipples hurt and sometimes I feel sick? But I’m not sure if it’s where I’m hungry?

Just wanting to know if this is normal or not?
