Baby rash? What is it and how do I get rid of it?

I'm not sure what the rashes on his face, but I'd like to know what it is and how I can treat it.

Breast milk will get rid of it it’s baby acne

Looks like baby acne. Very common. My baby had it and just went away on its own. I personally wouldnt put anything on it. But check with your pediatrician just in case

It looks like baby acne. You don’t need to do anything, baby will grow out of it.

This is just baby acne. I just took my daughter to her 1 week appointment and asked the pediatrician about it and if I needed to be at all worried about it or if I needed to put anything on it. The pediatrician said it’s nothing to worry about at all, 40% of babies get it and it goes away on it’s on.
