I was supposed to have my second ultrasound on Wednesday but after sex this morning I saw a little brown discharge when I wiped.

I had a mmc in September so I went into full panic and switched my appointment to today. Turns out little baby (or 🐸? 😂) is looking perfect - “textbook” even - with a 157 heartbeat and measuring 2 days early at 7+5.

I know brown blood is “usually old blood” but I didn’t want to take any chances. I also tried to confirm with my doctor that red and pink blood is the concern and she said she’s seen cases where patients had that and were fine to. Goes to show - if you’re concerned, get a medical opinion and don’t panic!
