I’m 27 weeks with my 2nd boy. And my almost 4 year old has been on a rebellious streak of not listening and crying over anything and everything. Yesterday and today I’ve just lost it on him and screamed and feel really defeated. I had to sit alone in a room and cry. I know the stress doesn’t help the baby. But I feel like I can’t take the edge off, I can’t workout like I used to, I can’t drink, I can’t do shit. I feel all these emotions built up until I explode. Anyone else preggo with a rebellious toddler? Any tips on how to cope?
