Pregnancy foods - what to eat
I’m about 7 or 8 weeks so far. I’ve been trying to double my fruits and veggies intake but didn’t do so hot this weekend.
I have a couple of clementines I’m the morning, usually some cereal with banana. For lunch or snack I’ll have yogurt with granola.
I do like to snack though so sometimes I’ll have chips or a cookie or something I shouldn’t.
Then for dinner I really try to add protein either by a plant based burger or black bean burger, and asparagus (usually have this every night) and some Brocoli.
Don’t get me wrong I’ll have my indulgences but just curious what you all eat and how much fruit and veggies you try to eat a day
