9 month old keeps grinding teeth, what should I do?

My 9 month old has 4 teeth, he keeps grinding them. Anyone have pointers to prevent the grinding? Or things I can buy for him? He doesn’t really put his teething stuff in his mouth, he doesn’t chew on things, but he does grind his teeth. Any pointers welcome, no mean replies.

This is normal and common during teething. 
It will pass. 
My daughter did it for a short time a couple months ago and she stopped. Then she started again this past week. 
It’s frustrating as hell. I despise the sound!

It's an annoying phase that a bunch of kids will go through. It sounds so awful 😣 but nothing really prevents them from exploring that

That always drove me nuts! I would just hand my oldest a teether to chew on instead, and my youngest got his binky. It is normal though like the others said. They have new things in their mouths that make fun noises!

Baby will quit on their own

Are they in pain from teeth coming in? Maybe some Tylenol ?
