SAHM with no kids 🤷🏾‍♀️?

This is what I don’t get. My BD got married last year and his wife is a “housewife”/“sahm”, BUT they have NO children!  We have children and they’re with him half the week. So she gets to be a sahm to MY children when I have to work because he pays no child support.  Idk …does this seem odd that she’s calling herself a sahm when all her kids are grown.

I mean when your kids are with your ex husband she is a stay at home step parent. If that is what your ex and his wife wants to do that is up to them.

He doesn't pay child suppport because he has em 50% of the time.... shes the stay at home parent while they sre with them. So whats your problem? She takes csre of them wether they are biologically hers or not

So I totally understand what people are saying on here, of course. And nobody is wrong.  But gosh, I’m putting myself in your shoes and envisioning this being me and I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t make me sad.  Or feel some type of way at least.  I don’t think anything is “weird,” about her staying home or anything.  But it’s a bummer that you’re working while she’s home with your kids.  I totally get that.   I understand all points of views I guess.  So all I wanted to say is I’m sorry this is how it is right now😕❤️

Here’s the thing. He’s married to another woman and she’s looking after your kids while you work. Would you be able to work and have your kids at daycare and have to pay for that? Or could you be a SAHM with your kids without a job? Ask those questions to yourself and you’ll find answers.

She is helping care for your kids. Why does it matter to you? Don’t tear down someone raising your children along side you.

You have to work because you’re an adult with responsibilities not because “he doesn’t pay you child support”. Child support isn’t so women can stay home and not work. Also, he doesn’t pay child support because you split the week. If you want to be paid by him, then you pay him too. But realistically she is being the parent when the kids are there and taking care of the responsibilities. Besides that, many women stay home regardless if they decide that with husband

I don't think it's weird. But I would be SO ENVIOUS of someone that gets to live a better life style than me, with less stress AND gets to play 'perfect step-mum' to my kids.

No it's not odd. She's helping him take care of his kids, she is a sahm even if they aren't biologically hers. Why is that a bad thing and bother u? Do u not like her treating Y'all's kids as her own? Some kids get treated badly by step parents, u outta be grateful she's devoting her time to them. I think u need to focus on u, not on their relationship or labels.

You may see it as unfair but it really is none of your business 🤷🏼‍♀️ If she’s being a genuine person and your kids are taken care of then who cares if she works or not. She’s a stay at home wife, a lot of people wish they could do that
