No period since March

Hi! So I had my second baby via C-section Nov 2021. I had a period December, and then didn’t get one until February and then March and now nothing! I’ve taken multiple multiple pregnancy tests, all say negative. I have a gyno appt on Thursday, which they said I wasn’t due for a pap until next year, but I said I wanted one to rule anything out. Has anyone skipped 3 months with no period and it not be anything super serious? I’m freaking mhself out about cervical cancer. Lol. But I have also read about PCOS but have never had any problems with my period up until now. Can it just randomly come on later in life? Thanks in advance, just freaking myself out over here 🙃
