Night Sweats💦

A couple days before my period I normally experience the worst night sleep ever!!! I’m tossing and turning, shivering cuz I’m cold but dripping sweat. There’s normally a ring like around where I slept that night of sweat in the sheets. Like it’s not just a lil sweat… And it normally is a day or two before my period starts. This hadn’t really started until I turned 22. Just wondering if anyone else experiences the same thing😅 just find it kinda strange🤷🏼‍♀️
