How often do you have irregular periods?

As for me I'd say mine are more than unpredictable my cycles change soo much I don't even bother to keep track every month although my last period I just happened to log into my calendar and as of Today I am currently 19 days late with No Symptoms of my period coming anytime soon and it is starting to make me have thoughts of taking a pregnancy test but maybe I'm just overthinking it all? .. (yes I did have intercourse in the window of ovulation)

No I don't take Birth Control and I do not have a healthy diet or excerise regularly I think that might be the cause or it could be from drinking alcohol a little more than usual.. ?? I don't know but it usually never made me this late.
