Is this period or implantation bleeding?

Days 15 after ovulation. This is day two “bleeding” picture 2 (bottom) yesterday day 14. (Top) is just now. I am a little cranky. My boobs are a little sore but better then yesterday. I’ve been burping a lot. TTC month 5

Mine was like that for three two five days was no heavy flow like a normal period at all same thing with me but I didn’t take no test or anything
