I don’t feel pregnant 😭

I had a miscarriage in April around 5-6 weeks pregnant and now I’m pregnant and I’m around 5-6 wweks like last time but I’m terified because I don’t feel anything anymore I usually feel nauseous but I don’t feel anything I afraid that I lost the baby and my second appointment isn’t until next Thursday 😭😭
