Clogged ducts

Hello! Seeking some help. First time mom and my little one is eight weeks old I struggle with clogged ducts at least once a week. I’ve tried everything, From different positions, to pumping after I feed her to make sure my breasts are empty, to heat, massage, and now I’m stuck in the middle of the night like three hours trying to unclog the duct. I take sunflower lectin, use heating pads, the list goes on. Any suggestions or help this is not sustainable and I need my sleep. Thank you so much.
