Teas ?

I’m a hot tea drinker . So what are some teas I can drink that is safe during pregnancy ?

I drink a lot of tea, currently 33+5 and if I’m ever in doubt about trying a new blend I just Google if it’s safe in pregnancy.  So far I have only came across 1 that I couldn’t drink it was a  ‘bedtime tea’ that contained valerian which isn’t recommended during pregnancy. 
There is a brand called ‘HotTea Mama’ which I LOVE they create tea for different stages of pregnancy and the ‘morning rescue’ blend helped me incredibly during the first trimester. X

I’m curious if this too I heard chamomile tea isn’t good for you or black tea or green tea (forget which one of those two was bad) but I think it’s due to the amount you drink. I drink tea like 2x a week and I think that is ok

All of them are fine lol just watch your caffeine intake.
