vaginal ingrown hair/pimples?

So basically I had one bump that appeared about a week ago on my vag lip and it was below the skin today it was above rhe skin and I decided to see if it would pop and it did and there was yellow:whitish stuff at first and then it was clear with some blood. I would like to add ive been shaving a lot more frequently and am prone to razor bumps. My overthinking is telling me it may be herpes? Has anyone had this?
