Perineal stitches
I had perineal tear during vaginal delivery and during stitching the stitches were pulled too tight creating a bumpy surface. It’s been 4 weeks, my stitches almost dissolved and i feel less pain there but the surface/skin is still uneven/bumpy/lumpy and is tender.
Is that normal?
Will the skin even out eventually?
