This is the first time I’ve seen a temp rise with charting (I’ve been charting since April and haven’t had a period since early march). I got my positive opk on the 29th. I wasn’t sure which day I ovulated since my temp rose in increments by day

Side note: I know there’s some temps missing after the rise - I was on vacation and wasn’t waking up at the same time and co sleeping with my toddler so I was up every few hours getting kicked lol I figured the temp wouldn’t be accurate 😅
