I woke up in the middle of the night with very intense cramps in my pelvic area which radiated back…. Typical dysmenorrhea…. I usually get it first day of period and the next but this time AF hasn’t shown yet. I am completely disappointed as I saw that pregnancy cramps aren’t intense but mild. The cramps come and go on their own. I’m 13dpo did anyone had intense period cramps and didn’t get the period and ended up pregnant???
