No but only because I've never tested then 😂 leave me out of this haha. 
But in theory, if the embryo implants between 6-12 days after ovulation and only builds up hcg then, it could almost be 13 dpo by the time it's picked up on a test 🙂

I tested at 7dpo and got a clear bu faint positive of a frer and a first signal cheapie. I was technically closer to 8dpo tho, bc I ovulated early morning on O day, and since apps dont count that day into dpo, I was 7dpo. I could have gotten a positive the evening before tho.. and at 10/11dpo my beta was at 213+
