I am 6w 5d pregnant and have been spotting light brown for the past two weeks. 2 days ago saw the fhr and kiddo was doing just fine. Had a very vivid dream and woke up orgasaming (tmi). I went to the bathroom and wiped bright red blood. No cramping just terrified because it wasn't like I could control what happened in my dream. Figured I would rest. Then came the light brown blood again and a single small clot. I'm worried that the dream orgasam caused me to miscarry and there is nothing I can do. I need some reassuring thoughts and advise here.
