Ended up in the er with some severe right flank pain and mild spotting, turns out it’s a ruptured cyst. We also found out we’re expecting twins!!! We are in complete shock. I have no clue how I am going to do this. I’m Just hoping and praying they’re healthy and I can get them to 36wks at least as I’m a very small.

Since it was the er they didn’t provide me any scan photos, but I have an appt Tuesday and will hopefully see them then!

All the symptoms and super early positive test make sense now. My hcg was almost 200,000!
