hey everyone 😊 i’m curious to know what your bedtime routines are for your 9-12 month olds! i love to see how different tactics work for different families, and/or how similar they can be.

right now for my 9mo, it varies; we always use white noise, and routine is usually bath, bottle w/rocking, then bed. but sometimes if he’s not very tired yet it’s bath, read & bottle, maybe a little play, then bed! he doesn’t fall asleep on his own very well (usually needs to be held for a bit or have his back rubbed while in his crib to get him drowsy enough to start drifting off) but he doesn’t wake up during the night & sleeps for 12-14hrs, so we are happy w/ our routine 😊
