I had a stomach bug about a week ago which threw my digestive system all out of whack. It's getting better but I still sometimes get random bouts of nausea. Pepto bismol usually works week for me but I am currently 8dpo so I would prefer to only take meds that are safe for pregnancy just in case and my doctor said pepto is not safe during pregnancy.

Does anyone have any baby friendly things they take / do for an upset stomach? Any advice you can give would be much appreciated
